4 out of 5 on service because I ordered bumper plates and was charged for shipping. I got an email that I was going to be credited back, and I’m still waiting for that credit. It’s been longer than 10 business days. Other companies credited me back faster when orders were cancelled/corrected.
Update: After review was submitted, issue was quickly resolved. Thanks again! Will highly recommend others to order from Vulcan’s website.
