As a physical therapist, I am new to Vulcan, and have been pleased with the customer service I have received at Vulcan. I wrote to customer service to clarify how to order a lift after my order was complete, and delivery was in transit. I received a reply from Vulcan the next day with a link that connected me directly to the page where I was able to add the lift service to my shopping cart. Vulcan also sent me timely emails regarding my order, special instructions (don't forget to add "lift service' to your order is it weights over several hundred pounds, and is being delivered by freight), and delivery tracking information. I have made several orders from Vulcan, and will continue to do so. Thank you!
