As a new small business owner, I have ordered several items from Vulcan Strength. The items I have ordered have been delivered in a timely manner, and in perfect condition. After completing an order for a half rack, I needed to add lift service to my order. I contacted Customer Service in the evening, and they responded via email the next morning. I was able to add lift service to my order without a hassle, and received a discount for completion of a review of a prior order. Thank you Vulcan Strength :)
