Alpha plates as good as advertised. Packaging was solid! Got charged shipping for a pair of plates which were listed as “free shipping” (not a deal breaker but it was a little misleading). In stock notifications and communication via email to ask about pre-orders went unanswered. The whole pre-order thing was a mess. Website couldn’t handle the demand. Despite that...I will order again! I just hope I don’t have any issues because communication is not their strong suit. The equipment is great though.
