Terrible customer service. I used their message system to make sure their multi grip pull up bar would fit my Vulcan rack and they told me it would. Turns out it did not fit and when I message them again they told me it was not compatible. They would not pay for the return shipping. I used to be a big fan, but now I will never shop there again or recommend them to any friends.
