I purchased the Vulcan Standard 28.5mm Olympic Barbell because I had read reviews comparing it to the Rogue Ohio Bar. After using both of these bars on regular basis I have to say I prefer the Vulcan bar. The knurling is just right. The bar doesn’t have to much spin but it does have enough if you are wanting to do Olympic lifting. Just an overall great bar.
