Vulcan has a solid system for sending info on your order, and does great tracking after an order is placed. All in all, it seems like a great manufacturer that balances premium quality with accessible pricing. But because of the severe pandemic equipment shortages, they really need a more elegant system for reserving and purchasing pre-order items, and for sending out stock alerts. (Though the same can be said for Vulcan competitors.)
