Two devices failed within the same month of purchase which was very frustrating. I was unable to get a replacement as requested. I supplied serial numbers, photographs, charging plug picture and places of purchase as requested. I had not kept an itemised receipt and my bank statement provided no itemised details. Avoid, avoid, avoid....not fit for market
