To many times they will leak oil which burns your tongue and lip, plus I've had pods (brand new) not work at all! I just now put one in a fully charged unit, and NOTHING!
I have called company several times over these issues, and they only send you a coupon for a SMALL fraction of what you paid, and the inconvenience of having to go out and buy another pack of pods! Plus, you have to send them the defective pod BEFORE they send the coupon! Bad business practices!! They either need to get it together, or STOP making them all together!
