I reported my defective vuse pods and was told to take it in to have it assessed. Lately I've received a number of faulty pods. After a few uses, it just stops working.
Why can I simply not be refunded for faulty vuse pods when raising a complaint? I mean, I included the serial numbers too? It will cost me more to go to the pop up store to have it assessed.
Vuse, you guys really need to do better. We pay a lot for these things and the customer service just totally sucks. I have 3 pods that are faulty (2 strawberry ice and 1 grape ice)
