As a vuse smoker i truly wasn't pleased with the treatment I got. Bought a device and it became a tight draw as i had to undergo the procedure of replacement the purchase wasn't on the system i then was labeled as an untrustworthy guest . the ill treatment I have experienced ,I believe is related to my skin complexion. Additionally, I am disappointed by the lack of timely communication and resolution regarding these matters. I believe in the importance of fair treatment for all customers and hope to see improvements in how such issues are addressed in the future.
