We have smoked vuse products for about 4-5 years now. I generally like the taste. But they are very pricey,so when, as a long standing customer as well, a problem arises, I'd expect it handled way better than this! Today we got a 4 pack that was all dark colored and bad. The store would not replace it, Even though it was opened right in front of them. So I had to deal with the company. Which the store told me would be wonderful dealing with this, what a joke. We got the four pack to last us the week. And after going through the whole phone call, I was told to save this pack, Wait a couple weeks for something to come in the mail ,(no extra shipping on returning them at least -_- pftt, awesome! So we're only out of 30 bucks -_- ) then for me to send the product back to them(on top of all the pictures I had to email them) and within a MONTH they will send me back a four pack that isn't damaged and bad!! So I have to wait a freaking month to have this issue resolved?!! And we'll even see if it happens at that point! This is absolutely crazy! This has me borderline wanting to switch to something else, and if another problem arises with this products, that we spend lots of money on, and this is how it's dealt with, I will not be using them anymore! Super disappointed. horrible. At this point I'd rather just have the money back. Wait a month to get a replacement pack?! Are you kidding me?. Smh. Not to mention no compensation or coupons in the meantime or a voucher to just go get a pack in this store. Nothing, a month of waiting to see if maybe it's resolved. Unacceptable!!
