I did an extended Warrantee on our VW Crafter VAN, paid over £1000.00 taken by VW Van Center Totton. I asked for a VAT invoice. It never came.
I called VW Finance to be told that as I have no details about the policy they cant help me, I explained I don't have anything as I have not received anything!
VW Totton also called them to sort this out, the team could no understand why a simple task was made so difficult by this team in Portsmouth. It took around 10+ emails to sort and 3 calls! I would not recommend this company and to look else where.
