Unbelievably incompetent. Great cars .Once you start an agreement, whatever you do dont change banks. Despite giving them 4 weeks notice ,and receiving an acknowledgement from them, they didnt take my DD. I paid a few days later by switch when i saw the DD hadn't been claimed. I then had threatening letters about if I didnt pay up I'd get a black mark on my credit file. I complained and got redress after 10 weeks. I paid the car off 3 months early and had a zero balance. I have been hounded and threatened for 'missed payments 'and threatened with claims recovery. My credit score was affected.Needless to say I have another complaint that 10 weeks on they have not even bothered to investigate and have signposted me to the ombudsman. They will blame Covid, but my first trouble with them was November.
