Not had a traditional cigarette since I started using this in January 2015. I used to smoke 30 a day - every day! I am delighted, never thought I could do it.
I didn't leave a 'very good' because I got a batch that was leaking and lots of condensation - but I have to say, when I contacted customer services they were replaced. Excellent customer service which is really good news!
