Awful service. Ordered last Wednesday on a 2 day delivery, still not here by Saturday, sent an email and we are here on Tuesday and no response. Do not use if you want a reliable smoking aid.

I’ve been with Vuse for 5 years, and I’ve never been more disappointed in a brand I once trusted. The switch to these 20mg pods is a total failure — easily the worst decision you’ve made. The flavors are disgusting. Harsh, bitter, overly sweet, and chemically. They taste cheap and artificial — nothing like what they used to be. The hit is weak, the throat burn is worse, and the satisfaction is gone. It’s actually hard to finish a pod now without feeling sick. Whatever formula this is, it’s garbage. Then you go and raise the price for this trash? That’s the final insult. Loyal customers like me kept this brand alive for years, and this is how we’re treated? You’ve completely wrecked a product people relied on, with zero warning and no option to stick with what worked. I’ve officially dumped Vuse and switched to RELX, and I’m honestly shocked how much better it is. Smooth, consistent, way better flavor — it’s what Vuse used to be before you ruined it. Unless you bring back the original 18mg pods, don’t expect customers to stick around. You lost my trust, and I won’t be recommending Vuse to anyone ever again.

Subject: Disappointing Decline in Product Quality and Customer Service I’ve been a loyal Vuse customer for many years and used to really enjoy the Vanilla Medley flavour, which was a personal favourite. It was disappointing when it was discontinued. Since then, I’ve tried the newer Vuse pods, but unfortunately, I’ve found they often leak or don’t work at all. This has become a consistent and frustrating issue. To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been very poor. The team comes across as dismissive and rude, as if they’re doing you a favour just by answering your call. This is a real letdown considering how good Vuse used to be—both in terms of product quality and service. It’s sad to see the brand going downhill. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

I'm not sure why they have such a high average review. Everyone I know who has the used their products has had the same experience as I have. The oily liquid leaks, not only covering your hands and mouth, but also going into your mouth, which is a deeply unpleasant experience. I found a bout 10 percent of the cartridges I bought (admittedly a small sample, because I stopped using it after about two weeks), were already broken and leaking.

This weekend I purchased my first and last vise go 5000 while on a road trip. Absolutely piece of junk. Cheaply made charger port won't work properly & now it won't turn on just flashes red fast. I DO NOT recommend vuse go, buy a drip n' evo from a vape store AND IF YOU GET A VUSE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT BECAUSE IT WILL BREAK AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!!!! -5/10 Wish I never wasted my time and money on this trash. -Your new boycotting friend. Goodbye vuse. You won't be around for long....

Terrible delivery service and customer support. No replies to emails and no feedback regarding delayed orders. Do not rely on their shipping information - I ordered on the 03 Jan 2024 and still have not received my order. Poor quality control! One in 6 pods have issues as well as leakage issues. I thought China made poor quality products, but I think Indonesia is worse! Bring the manufacturing back to the USA!

I have been using for few years now but the new e pen pro is a NIGHTMERE please stay away it was supposed to be an UPGRADE . i had 4 e pens replaced but dosn't charge you have to keep fiddling around its ridiculous. DO NOT BUY .

I have been a customer for many many years and used the E pen for many of those years. They have now replaced them it with the pro (supposedly an upgrade on the old model). DO NOT BUY. The Pro only allows you 4/5puffs before it stops working. The battery only lasts around 2hours (if you’re lucky). The pods are smaller and do not fit the old EPen. The charger for the new pro is ridiculous, so unless you are constantly near a usb point you will not be able to charge it.

Doggy company!!!! Signed up for golden subscription, they then split my order in 2 and charged 2 different cards with obviously way more money, one of which I did not authorise. Sounds illegal, doesn`t it?! I sent an email to which I did not get a response and called the phone number provided millions of times but no one picked up... Took me 4 days to be able to chat with an agent via live chat, which had no agent over the weekend even though they claim to have them available 7am - 7pm every day! What a joke! When I called them out on the unauthorised charge they said it was a system error and they will get back to me... Agent was rude and not understanding at all. After this is sorted I shall never order from this company ever again!

I was sent the wrong type of vape machine by mistake. They agreed to send me the correct one and also to keep the one that I had mistakenly been given. The customer service was excellent.

Paid extra for next day delivery, which according to them means within 2 days !!!!! Customer Services dismissed my request for the extra delivery charge without any care evident. Very disappointed.

I ordered some epods but didn't like to taste, so the customer support team (Ramdan) were very efficient and instructed me how to return the unused items to get a refund. The communication throughout the process has been excellent and the process to return the items were seamless.
