Subject: Disappointing Decline in Product Quality and Customer Service I’ve been a loyal Vuse customer for many years and used to really enjoy the Vanilla Medley flavour, which was a personal favourite. It was disappointing when it was discontinued. Since then, I’ve tried the newer Vuse pods, but unfortunately, I’ve found they often leak or don’t work at all. This has become a consistent and frustrating issue. To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been very poor. The team comes across as dismissive and rude, as if they’re doing you a favour just by answering your call. This is a real letdown considering how good Vuse used to be—both in terms of product quality and service. It’s sad to see the brand going downhill. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

I'm not sure why they have such a high average review. Everyone I know who has the used their products has had the same experience as I have. The oily liquid leaks, not only covering your hands and mouth, but also going into your mouth, which is a deeply unpleasant experience. I found a bout 10 percent of the cartridges I bought (admittedly a small sample, because I stopped using it after about two weeks), were already broken and leaking.

vuse go 8000 puff leaks and all liquid goes into mouth, will be changing to another product

This weekend I purchased my first and last vise go 5000 while on a road trip. Absolutely piece of junk. Cheaply made charger port won't work properly & now it won't turn on just flashes red fast. I DO NOT recommend vuse go, buy a drip n' evo from a vape store AND IF YOU GET A VUSE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT BECAUSE IT WILL BREAK AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!!!! -5/10 Wish I never wasted my time and money on this trash. -Your new boycotting friend. Goodbye vuse. You won't be around for long....

Terrible delivery service and customer support. No replies to emails and no feedback regarding delayed orders. Do not rely on their shipping information - I ordered on the 03 Jan 2024 and still have not received my order. I have been using for few years now but the new e pen pro is a NIGHTMERE please stay away it was supposed to be an UPGRADE . i had 4 e pens replaced but dosn't charge you have to keep fiddling around its ridiculous. DO NOT BUY .

I have been a customer for many many years and used the E pen for many of those years. They have now replaced them it with the pro (supposedly an upgrade on the old model). DO NOT BUY. The Pro only allows you 4/5puffs before it stops working. The battery only lasts around 2hours (if you’re lucky). The pods are smaller and do not fit the old EPen. The charger for the new pro is ridiculous, so unless you are constantly near a usb point you will not be able to charge it.

Doggy company!!!! Signed up for golden subscription, they then split my order in 2 and charged 2 different cards with obviously way more money, one of which I did not authorise. Sounds illegal, doesn`t it?! I sent an email to which I did not get a response and called the phone number provided millions of times but no one picked up... Took me 4 days to be able to chat with an agent via live chat, which had no agent over the weekend even though they claim to have them available 7am - 7pm every day! What a joke! When I called them out on the unauthorised charge they said it was a system error and they will get back to me... Agent was rude and not understanding at all. After this is sorted I shall never order from this company ever again!

Paid extra for next day delivery, which according to them means within 2 days !!!!! Customer Services dismissed my request for the extra delivery charge without any care evident. Very disappointed.

appalling service and their CS don't help!!! They messed up my March order by keep saying out of stock when it was available on their website and in Aprils subscription, they say it may take up to 5 days even though one of their agents previously said it would be dispatched today!!! WHAT IS GOING ON!!!

Formally known as VIP both their brands have gone down hill. Their products don't work. Their tanks are very hard to unscrew. They struggle to decide whether they're called VIP or Vyse. Only reason they have so many positive reviews is because they e-mail their users asking for reviews in exchange for discounts. The company has fallen so down hill. AVOID

I was a customer for over a year with the max subscription (30 epod cartridges per month). The new epod device is poor manufactured. The charging cable are not working after a week or so of use. Struggling to charge the devices using different charging cables. I bought 5 epod devices through Vuse website during the last 6 moths but when I was contacted customer service were asking silly questions about batch order etc. My orders are saved in my account. After numerous of emails back and forth I was informed that my devices are not covered by the warranty because I used different power sources. That's ridiculous because the cables are not working and was trying to charge my devices. I wasn't looking to get a free device, just to be informed what Vuse is planning to do to improve their quality. Do they really think that a guy that spends over £1500 per year in pods will look to get free devices that cost £2.99 each. Really? The worst customer service experience in years.

I spoke to Davis on Friday. He was most polite and helpful. I got a replacement epen the following day from Yodel 10 hours early and the courier could nor have been more helpful. I suggest Vuse do something about the epen design and rectify the problem of the metal rods from the battery not connecting to the pods. Any competent Tech could correct this in 10 minutes so get off your bottoms and deal with this design problem for heavens sake.

Vype ePen 3 - bought and the battery never worked. The company weren't just not helpful, they promised troubleshooting, but as soon as they established I didn't have a paper receipt, announced the problem was with me (in those words - right at that moment). Collecting loads of data that they didn't need. And were generally just rude. An electronic receipt is bizarrely no good to them. Company is British American Tobacco. I asked about the troubleshooting again, and they said there was nothing they could do to help me having not tried a single thing.
