i payed for next day delivery for sat and got them monday so they refunded the delivery charge

Arrived quite quickly after ordering. Really liked the feel of it . I also like the fact that it is fairly small and will not leak when it falls over in my handbag or pocket.

I ordered an e-pen and it didn't work. Phoned customer service and they are sending me a new battery. They think that is the fault.so I still haven't got to use it yet!!

I ordered an E pen starter kit, easy to order online and arrived promptly, however the device I received is faulty and doesn't work. Have had No option but to contact vype by email as their call centre hours are not suitable for people who are at work all day and cannot make calls, and they are not open at weekends, currently awaiting a response. Not a good start for me with vype I'm afraid to say.

Quite hard to rate my product when i havent recieved it yet. Ordered on 28.12.15 and took 3 days to despatch.... Granted not the ideal time to order online due to bank holidays etc but with a quicker despatch time id have my order by now. Its now 05.01.15 and delivery is expected tomorrow, i have no doubts the e-pen will help me to quit cigarettes and i am looking forward to that.

My e-cigarette arrived on 31st December 2015. Enclosed was a voucher for 20% off my next purchase. Unfortunately the expiry date of the voucher was the 31st December 2015. Very disappointed by this and would appreciate a new voucher to use.

I recently purchased a Vype ePen. I must say that I am very disappointed with the product. The capsules are very expensive compared to bottled liquids and do not last very log. Furthermore, the vaping is very poor compared with previous products. The 'hit' on the back of the throat is pretty much non-existent. I will not be purchasing any further capsules and will revert to using a product that uses bottled liquids.

I wouldn't recommend vype e-cigs because they don't hold their charge. I only got an hour before it needed charged again and I hadn't 50 puffs. It's a shame because vype e-cigs are very neatly packaged and a great idea if they worked. It's back to filling fluid into my usual e-cigs.

At the beginning, the taste and the overall experience seem alright. This was especially with the first tip part of the initial kit. After a while the whole experience became horrible. Every time I was inhaling, my throat was burning. After several days, I've changed the tip thinking that the one I've been using was gone. With the second tip the burning throat sensation didn't disappeared. After several days, when I've inhaled the first time from the third tip, I felt the liquid in my mouth and my throat. I wouldn't recommend to anyone the Vype e-cigarettes. For me and my wife, these cigarettes were a very big disappointment.

After the first charge and changing the cartridge it leaks all the time. Worst o the market, especially when they claim they don't leak. Changed cartridge for different flavours, all leak. Waste of money. I hope Vype read this review and send a pen that works. If you read this I strongly advise you not to buy. You will end up with a mouth of nicotine fluid. Not nice experience. Enough to send you back to cigarettes. Trading standards will be informed.

Have been a customer of intelli cig for years,now you have changed to vype I find your clearomiser s for the E Tank no longer fit the batteries for the intellicig XL Pro. No information about this at all.
