At the beginning, the taste and the overall experience seem alright. This was especially with the first tip part of the initial kit. After a while the whole experience became horrible. Every time I was inhaling, my throat was burning. After several days, I've changed the tip thinking that the one I've been using was gone. With the second tip the burning throat sensation didn't disappeared. After several days, when I've inhaled the first time from the third tip, I felt the liquid in my mouth and my throat. I wouldn't recommend to anyone the Vype e-cigarettes. For me and my wife, these cigarettes were a very big disappointment.

After the first charge and changing the cartridge it leaks all the time. Worst o the market, especially when they claim they don't leak. Changed cartridge for different flavours, all leak. Waste of money. I hope Vype read this review and send a pen that works. If you read this I strongly advise you not to buy. You will end up with a mouth of nicotine fluid. Not nice experience. Enough to send you back to cigarettes. Trading standards will be informed.

Have been a customer of intelli cig for years,now you have changed to vype I find your clearomiser s for the E Tank no longer fit the batteries for the intellicig XL Pro. No information about this at all.

I'll start by saying I like vype ecig it suits my lifestyle fine. However after having major problems with ordering on the Internet taking approximately 4 hours to sort out I find when the two items were delivered they were the wrong flavour. I could almost understand a mix up had there been a computer glitch but the typed delivery note had all the correct details in bold. I have only had my ecig for two months and can only hope that this episode is a one off and amends will be made. Thank you for taking time to read my feedback.

I packed up smoking 18mths on your vype reload, amazing as I had been smoking for 45yrs. Had to look elsewhere because of your prices ???? Thankfully found something, kept checking back to your site & I could see your prices now more competitive. Very excited at the thought of trying the e cig, you have changed it ???? I didn't get on with it at all, I feel like it's set you up to fail. Why fix what's not broken, reload was brilliant. You who design & make them hope your smokers so you know what a smoker needs Still I am thrilled to say I have been smoke free for 18 mths

I am giving just one star because customer service is so poor.Item is designed good,but my case didn't charge ecig battery when not connected with charger. I was using Vype from 30.4.2015 to 7.5.2015 still wrestling with empty battery. I wrote to customer support about problems and got back automated reply with id ticket LVP-20224 promising some contact from their agent, but nothing ever happened.So,don't waste money,they don't care after purchase at all.Now I'm using JAC Vapour products with full satisfaction.
