Brilliant product in terms of useability and running costs and so on. My only gripe if that of the build quality. I accidentally sat on one and it came apart at the point where the refill screws onto the battery and I take responsibility for that. But my current Pen has started to crack at the joint below the operation buttons and above the battery, I've not sat on it and I keep it in the plastic case it came in on delivery. I would suggest a metal retaining ring at the joints to relive the stress and pressure on those joints.
