I would say in the whole the service is very good but one criticism I have is that I ordered some flavours recently on a Friday and paid for next day delivery (this was important as I was going away on the Monday) I received an email telling me that the delivery will be on the Tuesday as the Monday was a bank holiday! Really annoying as Saturday is a working day for the delivery companies
This aspect of service could be better explained at time you order.
