The delivery of my starter kit was really fast and packaged safely.
Instructions very clear so I put my first filter in ready to go, but when I inhaled, I sucked in loads of the liquid... causing my lip and tongue to go numb. I rinsed my mouth as it says on the packaging and haven't had any other problems or side effects.
It hasn't totally got rid of my cravings but I've certainly cut down so I'll see how it goes.
