Having smoked for 40 years - this was not just about choosing a product - it was a transition... getting used to vaping, the devices, a new lifestyle... and had problems as well, but the Vype customer care was excellent. Liz not only answered my e-mails but also rang up, she was patient, kind and resolved the issue I was having. Conclusion: for me this was not just about buying a product but a service as well. That said, still early days, still to find out whether the e-tank, enjoyable at the moment, maintains its quality or not... and if so, it would be great...
