Good product,nice feel.Have only been using it since start of year,has helped in cutting down on cigarettes,though still have a few through the day as the unit lacks the satisfaction of a cigarette.Probably due to the lack of harmful chemicals.However if it helps in cutting down and eventually quitting,it will be doing its job.Would recommend it to anyone wishing to cut down,give up.A++++
