Extraordinary service. Had a slight problem with one of the epen kits. The quality of service I received was outstanding. The epen is light and comfortable to use and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I would (and have done) highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an aid to reduce their smoking habit.
