The phone staff are very helpful and the overall service is excellent.
I do have a problem with some flavours but it could just be me, I find the Fresh Apple very weak in apple taste (but clean and crisp) and the tobacco flavours don't seem to taste of tobacco.
STILL GONNA BUY THOUGH...
