Delivery times are good and the website is easy to use.
Actual product is a smart looking device however although the website claims the caps will last approx 800 puffs the caps don't last longer than half a day and the replacements are expensive (so doubt they've got the '800 puffs' figure correct). By using this product I'm estimating that I'll be spending at least £40 per month (if not more) on refills.
