Unfortunately I did not receive my first order. The logging system is a really good communication tool and despite every effort, I was not able to locate my delivery. The customer service team were very helpful and arranged for a replacement order which I received the next day! Great service and my sister and brother-in-law who I ordered them for were over the moon to finally give them a try. Their experience in using the Vype e-pen so far has been extremely good, especially the easy and quick changing caps!
