Hi, I rang to inform the help desk regarding the e-pen not working properly. The lady on the line confirmed that it will not be the pen and i should just clean it, and kindly has sent me replacement liquid. However i have on a numerous occasion tried to clean it the problem continues. Everytime i drag i can taste the liquid as comes shooting up. I have even mentioned i am happy to take pictures or video to send over so you can see the issues. Now i am without an e-pen that works and have plenty of nicotine liquids which i have had initially purchased. I beleive the one i have is faulty and not happy to pay for a new one as i reported the problem after using it just over a week i beleive. Adam
