I've tried other ecigarette sin the past and they have felt like they have burnt the back of my throat. The epen still gives me a slight 'burning' feeling but nothing compared to the others I've tired. Will take some getting used to but happy with my purchase. The tabbaco and the cherry flavours are both pretty good.
