So far very positive, good customer service, quick delivery and product quality is good. With regards to the vype epen, I now have 2 in different colours black and red , so have always one available. I have found that the red one charges quicker and lasts longer than the black, not sure why? The blended tobacco flavour is good but I find the golden tobacco to be sickly and tastes a bit nutty for my liking, the dark cherry is OK but It tastes like it is on a menthol base flavour, the new berry flavour was very nice but think the caps are a bit pricey. Overall good quality though.
