I was initially disappointed due to receiving a poor batch of estick tips however, follow up from customer service was amazing. I received a very quick response from a very friendly and helpful lady who had this resolved like a flash. Looks like this was just a one off. Great product and follow up from customer service is unrivalled. I would likely recommend this product to a friend. Thank you Vype!
