It has helped me cut down on what i used to smoke.
Flavours are different than smoking real cigarettes and nice change.
Only downfall is or has been having to charge the E pen up daily for 2hrs.
I thought that it would of lasted at least 3 days before having to charge up. And i dont use it for hrs each day.
