I bought a Vype e-pen to help me kick the habit of cigarettes. I will have stopped for 20 months now so it has worked in that sense.My only issue is that I seem to constantly vape rather than 10 puffs and then put it down. I have just cut down to 0mg nicotine so hope this helps (in my experience, shops only seem to have 18mg nicotine which is not right, so will have to buy direct.)
