The devices (especially the eBox) are very well made, with nice materials and build quality. The battery life is good and I like the range of flavours available.
I've had persistent issues with the eBox "check atomiser" error message, even with a brand new atomiser, which is very frustrating. Other than that the only other thing I would improve is to have a bigger variety of e-liquids available in shops, as both paying and waiting for delivery each time is a pain.
