Haven't been able to get my refill in store for a good while now which I find really annoying, but the girl I spoke to on the phone was so lovely and explained that you can actually get discount if you purchase with Vype direct in bulk and if you try a new flavour and don't like it you can send it back and swap it! Great service and lovely tone, I'll be ordering with them when I get paid!
