I was very dissapointed and let down that the ecig is no more as I have used it for so long and so has my other half, we have spent a fortune on VYPE! But after calling customer services I spoke to an excellent girl that told me exactly why the product is stopping and advised me of an alternative, she even gave me a discount off my order, I'm now really looking forward to trying the Pen and my faith in Vype is restored
