There is a better range now than before, with flavourless new to the market. However customer service is currently poor - I emailed to ask when flavourless would be available in a lower strength 6mg format, but got no response back. Also been experiencing breakages with the ePen (the battery shell breaks easily in your jeans pocket), but I was offered no substitutes, even though I've ordered twice now online (which is a very fast service by the way). Pricing strategy is odd too; the pen and cartridges are much, much cheaper in the Co-op without being on promotion, so don't understand the premium pricing online
