I can't fault the ordering service and the speed of delivery. Even the packaging was great. I'd always bought starter kits in stores so this was my first time ordering online and treated myself to two purple epen batteries and filters (only ever had black before). To my dismay, one of the batteries failed to hold its charge after just one use. I no longer had the packaging so was blown away when a representative bent over backwards to help me. I'm happy to say I now have a working battery and would definitely recommend.
