The purchasing process and the customer service has been first class from this company. However, i feel that this has been the case merely because they know that the product (Pebble) is below par. They have replaced one unit already, and they have admitted a design flaw - which they say will be fixed. In the meantime, i am left wondering how long my current units will last.
