I put in a rather scathing review recently when I could not buy my e cig maxx refills anywhere , I must upgrade this to excellent due to your customer care team , Richard and Andrew were straight on to the case and let me know that the maxx had been withdrawn due to technical problems . They were so helpful and I am now a happy bunny again . I am a 76 year old who has smoked heavily for over 50 years but after going on to vype 11 months ago I have not had a real cigarette since so thank you vype especially Andrew and Richard , carry on the good work.
