I had an issue with a Vype Pebble I had purchased because it did not draw any vapour through or very little. I had previously purchased one and that worked well so I was disappointed with the new one. I emailed customer service who made some suggestions which I tried to no avail. I emailed them again with this problem and they immediately sent me out a replacement starter kit which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and very happy with the efficiency.
