I'm a 20 a day smoker. Have been for 35 years. BUT since using the vype cigarette, I have not touched a normal cigarette. I can honestly say that the Vype e cigarette works wonders, and it holds its charge all day.
P.S. my teeth are whiter since stopping smoking.
