Excellent service. I ordered the wrong strength for my e_pen, however, quick telephone call and the correct strength was dispatched. Must add that the original order had already been sent and I was advised to refuse the package which I did and on confirmation the order was sent. No quibbling like soom firms about returns. I will continue to use Vype refills.
