Really need to give up the smokes as 42 now and originally promised to give up at 30!!! Tried to give up before with various replacements but nothing quite did it. Last pack of smokes lasted 4 days rather than 1 and am proud to say today is my first day in 28 years without a single cigarette!!!! I never thought today would come!!!
