So easy to use, no fuss or mess. It's my first time using an e-cigarette after being a smoker for many years. Found the transition very easy and even after a few days, have not wanted a cigarette once! No massive clouds of vape (which is what has put me off in the past), charges really quickly and cartridges easily available. Will happily never go back to smoking cigarettes
