Have been using Vype ePen for about 4 years. Excellent product - in my opinion best on the market. Recently had a problem with a pen that I purchased locally (previously only used internet) - the service that I received from Thomas Fold of the Customer Care team was second to none with my product being replaced within 2 days. If only all companies were able to provide such an excellent service. Thank you Vype.
