I requested a replacement of my epen3 due to battery life deterioration, couple weeks later I still haven't received the promised NEW epen3!
EDIT: AFTER MY REVIEW A NEW DEVICE WAS ORDERED, SOLVING MY INITIAL PROBLEM. THIS EDIT WAS ADDED AS REQUESTED BY VYPE.
The pods are sometimes perfectly fine but then the odd one leaks and spits!
Still think this is a great device for 'Quitters' It has helped me stay smoke free now for 6+ months.
