I have used Vype for a number of years and feel safe because of who the manufacturer is.
I feel very strongly that I am unable to buy spare rechargeable batteries for my device.When I enquired I was given a silly excuse that you are not allowed to sell me the rechargeable battery on it's own.
It's perfectly OK to buy the complete kit that includes the rechargeable battery.
This makes absolutely no sense to me at all.
This needs sorting out asap or you will lose my custom.
