The Vype starter kit has been excellent for me, it has enabled me to choose the nicotine strength and flavour to enable me to cut right down from 20 roll ups to about 5 a day! I intend to give up roll ups entirely as soon as I decrease my nicotine levels further in the e liquid to zero, therefore vaping just flavour and giving up nicotine for good
